Our studio is based in Şişli, fifteen minutes from the European-side convention venues and within reach of every major hotel ballroom in the city. We cover ICC İstanbul, Lütfi Kırdar, Haliç Congress Center, the Wyndham Levent and the Bosphorus palace hotels (Çırağan, Four Seasons, Shangri-La, Six Senses) for gala dinners and board offsites, plus the Sabancı Center, İstinye Park and Zorlu Center for product launches and brand activations. Original photographs are delivered through a secure private gallery within 24 hours of the event, edited video within up to seven business days.

Can you fly drones over the Bosphorus or central Istanbul?
Central Istanbul is restricted airspace with multiple no-fly zones around the airports, the Bosphorus and the government district. Drone work is possible in approved corridors with SHGM clearance: typically 5 to 10 working days lead time. We handle the application end-to-end.
How quickly can you mobilise to an Istanbul venue?
Same-day for half-day briefs anywhere in central Istanbul; same-week for multi-day programmes needing larger teams. Our studio is in Şişli, fifteen minutes from the European-side convention venues; for Asian-side venues we typically arrive 90 to 120 minutes before call time around the morning traffic window.
