With some notice, this is not a problem. We must admit, we're pretty open about our cancellation policy - the photographers on our network are very skilled at what they do and their time is their income, so when a job cancels we need to respect this.
Our cancellation policy applies to all bookings except "Corporate Events". If you need to cancel or reschedule your photo tour, please notify us in writing by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
. The cancellation will be effective from the date we receive your written notification, and fees may apply as follows:
- (a) For cancellations more than 30 days before the scheduled photo tour date, you'll receive a full refund minus any transaction fees.
- (b) For cancellations between 15 and 30 days prior to the scheduled photo tour date, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged, and the remaining balance will be refunded, minus any transaction fees.
- (c) For cancellations within 14 days of the scheduled photo tour date, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged, and no refund will be provided.
Regarding rescheduling, we'll do our best to accommodate requests up to one week before the shoot, subject to the photographer's availability.
